Instructions for Accessing the Online Application System
If you choose to renew online, pay for continuing education courses online, change your information online, or apply for licensure online you must first register an account with the online application system. Registration is a one-time only process. You will need an email address to register, and this email address will become your user id. A temporary password will be sent to this email address, and you will be asked to select a new password when you first attempt to login.
Once you have registered an account, and logged in to the system, you may add your license(s) to your registered account. From the drop down choose the type of license you have. If you have more than one license with the Board, you will need to repeat the process for each license type.
You will need the following information in order to register:
RPSL, LSLS and SIT
- Your social security number (no dashes);
- Birthdate (in mm/dd/yyyy format); and
- Zip code * (Address of Record)
Firms
- License Number (no dashes)
- Zip Code*
- Phone Number
- Formatting for phone number is: (999) 999-9999 or 999-999-9999
- There is a space after the parenthesis for the zip code
If any of the data you enter does not match the data currently in the system, you will not be able to establish an account and will need to contact the Board office during normal business hours.
If your current Address of Record does not have a zip code (foreign addresses), you CANNOT use the online renewal system. You must download a generic renewal form and continuing education form from the Board’s website and mail it in with your payment.
Once you have registered an account and added your license(s) to this registration, you may begin your renewal, payment for online courses and address changes. Online renewals will not be made available until November of each year. Once we open renewals you will see an option to renew.
* The zip code you enter must match EXACTLY the one the Board has on file as Address of Record. If it includes a 4 digit extension, then it must be entered as such. If it does not include a 4 digit extension, then it cannot be entered with one. You can find the Board’s current Address of Record on your current annual license permit. If you do not have access to this document, you may use the Public Search feature of the online renewal system to access your current Address of Record with this Board.
